Natasha Metzger and Richard DiNublia, realtors on the Center City Listings team, were interested in growing the brand in their native Bucks County, Pennsylvania. With their shared love of renovation and design, a series of educational events was determined to be the perfect fit.

PROJECT

Framed as an educational event rather than a sales event, this series allowed the realtors to create personal connections with attendees without the pressure of a sales call. Partnering with local providers for each event was a vital aspect of the success of this program. The first event, focused on home design, tapped into textile, paint, and window finishing experts. The second event, held six months later, featured an interior designer, a custom millwork expert, and a luxury door provider among others. Events were held in showrooms allowing attendees to have a hands on experience with the products being discussed. Using a highly targeted mailing list culled from property records and personal contacts, enveloped invitations were sent to entice high value home owners to attend. Along with light refreshments, an informational booklet was created that included short biographies of each speaker, photos of their work, and their contact information. This sort of reputation building, as an expert in their field, was felt to be invaluable to those who participated, and the series was deemed a success.
